Gas oven & hob, gas/electric fridge, gas/electric hot water, shower, Sky tv, radio/cd player, kettle, cooking utensils, plates, cups & cutlery, fly screens on all windows & entrance door, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, fire blanket, cleaning materials, awning & 3 man tent (if required).

The only items you are required to bring with you are towels and bedding.
