Terms & conditions
Provisional
bookings remain firm for a period of 7 days from the date of booking, during
which time a £50 deposit must be paid. In the event of non-payment, the booking
will be cancelled. In the event of cancellation by the hirer, the deposit
will not be refunded , unless terminated by us.
The
balance
outstanding must be received by us no later than 28 days prior to the
commencement of the holiday. Should a cancellation be made prior to payment of
the full balance, only the deposit sum of £50 will be
forfeited.
A
£50 damage deposit will be added to your balance which will be returned either
on your day of departure or within 7 days following your departure providing our
caravan is clean and tidy to an acceptable level and free of damage. You must
notify us immediately of any damage howsoever caused during your
stay.
Our
caravan is only available for rent by families, and responsible couples. Sorry,
we do not hire to all male or all female
parties.
No
pets are allowed in our van; however the site does allow dogs and has kennelling
facilities.
Our
maximum period of hire is 28 days.
There
is a speed limit on the site of 5mph which must be adhered to for the safety of
other campers.
If
you require our tent, this must be pitched adjacent to our
van.
The
hire charge includes provision for 1 car only. Extra cars will be charged
for.
In
the event of behavior likely to cause offence or damage to other users of the
facilities, the park management reserves the right to remove any offenders from
the park without redress.
The
shop and bar/restaurant complex may not be open all year round. Opening/closing
periods are at the discretion of the park management and thus out of our
control. Showers and laundry facilities are available all
year.
